MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting as they enter, creating a friendly atmosphere.
• Offer drink menus and happily answer any questions about our beverages and food items.
• Take precise orders, making sure to customize drinks to match each customer’s preferences.
• Skillfully prepare beverages and food following simple recipes for consistent quality.
• Serve beverages and food with care, making them look appealing and appetizing.
• Handle payments accurately, whether it’s cash or credit cards.
• Keep the bar area clean and tidy, ensuring a pleasant and safe space for everyone.
• Always have clean mugs and plates ready for use to keep things running smoothly.
• Check that the brewing equipment is working properly, and let us know if any repairs are needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
• Listen to customer feedback and share valuable insights with management to improve our offerings.
• Suggest new and exciting menu items to surprise and delight our valued guests.

Requirements:

• At least 3 year as a Barista
• we’re looking for a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.
• If you have previous experience in a customer-facing role, it’s a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Good communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, as our business hours may vary.
