Warranty and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to offering high-quality motorcycle parts and accessories. Below is our official Warranty and Refund Policy, in line with the Consumer Protection Law of the United Arab Emirates.
Product Warranty
All our products are inspected before shipping and are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing faults
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper installation or misuse
- Wear and tear
- Racing or extreme-use damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
If a valid defect is found, we will either:
- Replace the product (if available)
- Issue store credit
- Offer a refund, depending on the condition and availability
Refund and Return Policy
We only accept returns under the following legally defined conditions, as per UAE Consumer Protection regulations:
- The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault
- The product was not sold with a disclosed warranty, or was wrongly described
- Reported within a reasonable period after purchase (typically within a few days of delivery)
- Product is unused and returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong size after the product has been tried or inspected in our showroom
- Personal preference (e.g. design, colours, fit) after in-person evaluation
- Used or damaged items, unless a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed
Return Shipping
- If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will cover return shipping costs.
- In any other approved case, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Legal Compliance
This policy complies with:
- Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection
- Guidelines published by the UAE Ministry of Economy
