Place an order ,Payment and Shipping

You can buy from us in two ways.
  1. Visiting our showroom
  2. online shopping
Our online Shopping here is very easy, just search, find, and select the product you want. Then add the product to your cart. After finding all the items you want, go to the shopping cart, check your order, and choose shipping and payment methods.
Currently, only the following two payment methods are available here.
  1. Cash on delivery (COD).
  2. Request for a payment link.
Before you select a payment method, paste the Coupon code in the code field
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Bahrain
  • Kuwait
  • Oman
  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
In UAE, it takes 2 or 3 business days. For other countries, it may take 5 to 7 business days.

Return and General question

Yes! We accept returns within 10 days of your order. Items must not be unboxed. Also, the packaged products should not have scratches or breaks.
Items shipped from Motohub. can be returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. After the courier has received your item, it can take up to one week for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

Don’t worry! Just follow these steps:

  1. go to login page and Click “Forgot Password” near the login
  2. Enter the email address you used to create your motohub.me account
  3. Check the inbox of the email address and click on the “reset password” link that we send to you (it may take a few minutes for the reset email to arrive)
  4. Define your new password

Please note that the “reset password” link that appears in your email is time-sensitive and can only be clicked on once. If you access a “reset password” link that has expired, please request a new password reset email from our website.
