Moto Hub, Professional Sales Associate
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greeting and assisting clients
• Answering questions about new and vintage motorbikes accessories and parts
• Providing guidance on what motorcycles accessories/parts will best fit the customer’s profile
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting the motorbike items, accessories, and parts they need by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of products.
• Have professional positive attitude to work with the team.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Meeting monthly sales expectations
• Building strong relationships with clientele
• Learning about and mastering the technology of new inventory
• Understands motorcycles accessories by studying characteristics and features.
• comparing and contrasting competitive models
• At least 2 year of vehicle accessories (preferably motorbike or related industries) sales experience
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Passion for motorcycles
• Interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with customers
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
